Fast and professional service! I called at 9:30 and they were out and completed the job by 10:45!

I called ER plumbing for a leak problem in a bathroom they were able to come by within a day. Peyton came on time was very thorough, professional and very ethical. Was able to assess and figure out where the leak was coming from and gave me a referral to someone who can fix it since it wasn’t something ER plumbing would do.Thank you and will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

Inspection revealed that leak in attic was due to duct work condensation and HVAC needed for repairs. Stand up businessman Evan R. went beyond expectations by waiving call out service fee for repeat customer…for life!!

Called in this morning getting a quote to get my water heater replaced. The rep this morning was great and she was able to get me worked in the schedule and was able to send a tech over to my house today to at least drain the water out of the heater so it wouldn’t like over night was totaled fine with that. The tech was also great was very polite and friendly and was answering questions about the water heater and etc. Tank gets dried and tells me he’s able to get the tank replaced today since he’s there. I told him great let’s get it done. While waiting for the new water to arrive at my house I remember I didn’t ask what does the water heater comes with what parts and etc. Wasn’t rude he informed me that he’s just the plumber and his boss handles pricing no worries. I ask for his Boss Evan phone number. This is where my customer service is terrible. I call Evan and ask him questions about it and my concerns he tries to get upset and tells me that I’ve wasted an hour of his time and this and that. Not sure who Evan thought he was talking to but I quickly ended the phone call and ask the tech to get his things and inform that I’m no longer interested in working with ER pluming.

Work was done neatly and competently on a rather complex commercial water heater installation for our church. Workers arrived on time if not early. Good people to work with.
